Products not recieved

Bought products in closing down sale late February. Not recieved and emails ignored. Have had to raise dispute with Paypal

Overall a shame about this company…

Overall a shame about this company going down hill, as the products I DID order were pleasant on the whole, I say 'did' because some items were substituted without notifying me and weren't what I wanted. Emails regarding this and to return/replace with actual items were ignored, on top of a long delay in dispatch after order was made [avg 3 month wait] Sadly the items I do like aren't enough to encourage me to use this site again [Used Odinsbeard first, then ArthurJHawke]. Im patient but to a point.

Never again.

Absolutely appalling show handling orders over the last few months. Ordered mid-November, promised the order was processed early December, then... nothing... Emails unanswered, no direct updates on orders that required customers to chase him up over social media, which was the only way to find out what the hell was going on.

Orders were finally fulfilled mid-February. 3 bloody months, and even then I received two balms instead of a butter and a balm.

Used to be a decent brand, now an absolute joke. Never again.

Long delivery, amazing product

The product itself is amazing, and products are made upon order, not sat on a shelf pre-made, which explains the long dispatch.

Took 3.5 months for the order to be received. When contacted a second order was sent as it was believed the first order was lost. 2.5 weeks after this order was made the product arrived. It was frustrating to read emails about new promotional deals, while having not received my product due to a deluge of orders because of promotional deals.

Brilliant products and service!

Placed plenty of orders from them previously, products are great as always.

Placed my first order in a while last month after running out, and the offers on the website were decent.

Unfortunately 1 of the bottles of cherry cola oil had no scent in, but I contacted them through their website and the issue was resolved quickly and a replacement is being sent straight out.
Can’t fault the customer service!

Turning into a Scam Company

Ordered December '23, takes your money, then nothing, no reply to emails, no reply the facebook page. BUT sends out marketing mails saying the order is being sent Friday or Saturday,..everyone will get the same mail, and loads of 'buy my stuff' marketing mails ..this has turned into a scam. Having to pursue with Visa to get a refund. Never again.

My purchase never arrived

My purchase never arrived after a loooooong wait and the order update finally saying that it's been shipped I never received my items. I think the owner has just given up I would definitely avoid this place and it's a shame too because they did some great stuff but it's gone completely downhill. 👎🏼

Delays, no communication, just promo emails.

Ordered at the start of November, had little to no communication. No tracking information given despite multiple requests. I really had high hopes for these products as I'd liked to have used them at some point. I've had to open a dispute with clearpay as I'm not getting anywhere any other way.

Great product , shocking service.

The beard products are fantastic, great quality and I have yet to find a better beard grooming seller.

It is a shame then that the customer service has let the business down.

Appreciate as a sole trader that delays happen and have been very patient waiting almost 3 months for delivery.

Communication however has been poor and despite recieving products my order was not fulfilled and no response to multiple emails to get this resolved.

Disappointingly despite not been able to stay on top of ordes they are still sending out offers by email almost daily, but can't fulfill what they currently have .

Regretfully after using the brand for 3 years will not be returning.

1 star too many.

1 star too many.
Appalling customer service. Ordered my products at the start of November and paid for first class delivery. Nothing arrived. Contacted them after a couple of weeks and was told my order will be priority. Nothing arrived again. Requested a refund, ignored. Eventually got a response stating a refund will be sent once his computer is up and running. Surprise surprise, that didn't happen. This business is an absolute joke. Excuse after excuse on social media. People have paid for goods which will never arrive. Avoid at all costs. Other companies like Bigfoot Beard Co are brilliant. Quick service and excellent products. Use them instead.

Avoid like the plague you’ll never get…

Avoid like the plague you’ll never get your oils or balms. Who ever is running the business now couldn’t run a bath and there attitude towards customers is atrocious. They ignore emails and direct messages through social media. If you question them they get overly aggressive if you do eventually get a reply in my case I get called me a liar and blocked me due to me wanting to warn other customers. In the end opened a case with the bank as the idiot running it is a compulsive liar and by the looks a scammer.

Delays and false despatch notifications

Have used this company for a couple of years and had no problems. However the latest purchase has been nothing but excuses and delays. Ordered a number of items at the end of October was advised numerous times that the order had been despatched when it hadn’t and the products eventually arrived over 11 weeks after being order. All the time receiving promotion emails at least twice a week when the order is advising there is a back log of orders and that’s why there are delays. From being my go to beard brand I’d advise people to steer well clear now

Company has gone downhill. Avoid.

I’ve used this company many times before but the past few times have put me off completely.

Have had to chase last two orders I’ve made and the most recent one I placed two months ago has still not arrived and emails to them have been ignored.

Whats worse is that they are still sending out emails with promotions and replying to reviews on their other brand and turned off comments on social media which says it all.

Awful business

Awful business! Ordered some items for my boyfriends birthday in October and still yet to receive it, I have contacted PayPal about a refund which was going through till the seller cancelled it at the last minute so I haven’t received my money back or the product so I have been scammed out of money. After emailing twice I got no reply, maybe you shouldn’t put so many sales on if you can’t handle the backlog. Will never purchase from here again.

Avoid at all cost!!!

Avoid at all cost! This business is a joke!
Order did not arrive and seller completely ignored emails and messages. Luckily enough I payed by PayPal, after opening a claim on PayPal it still took the seller 17 days to send me the wrong products (either wrong scent or completely wrong product). After escalating the claim on PayPal seller offered a partial refund which I refused eventually i managed to get a full refund (excluding shipping) through PayPal. I regret not reading reviews and social media comments (Facebook) before waisting my time with this unprofessional business.

Customer service stinks

Ordered before Christmas, got half my order. Sent multiple emails, finally got a response, would send on the 28th. That never happened. More emails sent, not read never mind replied to. Contact form on website filled in and sent, no response at all. But they manage to send advertising emails daily. Avoid this company and the sister company odinsbeardcare

Avoid avoid avoid.

Waited over a month with no communication from the seller. Throughout this time there were constant social media posts apologising for delays whilst also promoting special offers which clearly added to said delays. Eventually got a response via social media and after asking repeatedly got a refund for the products I had ordered. It appears that nothing has changed up to now and I can honestly only recommend that people avoid this company and don't part with your money.

Avoid!

Placed order on 13th August. Got rude unhelpful responses. Order never received and got zero response whilst the owner went on his holidays - apparently the odd package tends not to arrive I was told on his return (seems to be more than the odd package from other reviews and Instagram comments!) Requested money back from credit card company.

Ordered beard balms from different supplier on 1st October, received on 4th October. Not difficult to find other excellent suppliers of same product who don't just take your money and not deliver any product.

AVOID (and sister company Odin) LIKE THE PLAGUE! Scumbag thieves.

Avoid! Better using literally anything else.

Orders always late, months late. Missing items. Doesn’t reply to emails. Replies to negative comments on his social media saying he will give refunds efc and then doesn’t. Absolutely horrific customer service, the product itself has seriously declined too. I’m a barber and even my clients have commented on the scents efc not being as they were. He can’t run a business, at all. Constantly sending out emails with promotions with promises of quick turn around whilst many of us haven’t had our orders from months ago! He also posts photos making his balm alongside his separate beard care business, all the pots for both brands next to one large container so they’re essentially the exact same product. Also loved the post with the domino’s pizza literally next to the balms being made, hygienic! Honestly, if I could give 0 stars I would.
