How can I pay for my order?

We accept payments through PayPal, a service accepting all major card types and which you do not need to sign up for to use! We can now take Apple Payments too! We do not accept cash or cheque.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we post to every corner of the world! Postage costs will be shown before you finalise your order with us.

How long will my order take to be delivered?

We allow 14 days for all deliveries, usually it is far quicker than this but we need to cover ourselves for any mail strikes, weather issues etc. We always post regularly on social media with updates.

Do I receive a tracking number?

When you purchase tracked delivery, we will email your tracking number to the email supplied when you ordered.

Do you restock sold out items?

If an item is out of stock it will usually be restocked to store within a month. We always post regularly on social media with updates.

Can I return an item?

Returns are valid 10 days from purchase and will be fulfilled where possible. Please do check your order details thoroughly before making final payment.

We can not accept returns on any of our skincare or grooming products.

Where is my order?

If after the 14 day period you have not received your order please contact us via the form on the Contact page. Similarly if you have a deadline that you need your item for (realistic requirements only) we will do our best to fulfil your needs. 

Please do also check your Paypal delivery address is up to date as unless otherwise requested this is the default address we will ship your order to.
We can not accept responsibility for orders lost in the post or posted to the wrong address.
